In Short

• Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products and experiences to best address consumers’ healthcare needs.
• Operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with various teams to scale the offering.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Analytics to shape digital customer experiences.
• Lead identification of the right segmentation, positioning, messaging, and adoption tactics.
• Develop differentiated product/feature positioning and messaging informed by insights.
• Drive experimentation strategy in partnership with various teams to optimize efforts.
• Lead complex workstreams and/or product segments with minimal oversight.
• Own end-to-end work across multiple categories and product lines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing; 5+ in product marketing or similar roles.
• Strong storyteller with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
• Ability to drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement.
• Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing.
• Experience using insights to influence stakeholders and the product roadmap.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Experience communicating marketing strategies to business audiences.
• Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields; MBA or Master's is a plus.
