Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and cross-functional execution for Newsela’s Core ELA product portfolio, driving product adoption and supporting revenue growth.

• Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute GTM plan for a new Core ELA product.
• Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated messaging for educators and decision-makers.
• Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral and deliver product training.
• Customer & Market Insight: Serve as the voice of the customer for product development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmap prioritization.
• Content Strategy & Campaign Support: Drive awareness through content development and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
• Familiarity with K-12 education landscape.
• Experience with ELA curriculum is a bonus.
• Proven track record of successful product launches.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience creating sales tools and customer-facing content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Benefits

• Base compensation of $115,000 - $130,000.
• Total compensation includes incentive stock options and benefits.
