In Short

• Define and own strategic product roadmaps that improve user experience and foster growth.
• Lead projects from discovery through technical development and launch.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and build empathetic solutions.
• Consolidate input from stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize product investments using structured evaluation.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance post-launch.
• Provide thought partnership across UX, growth, and operational functions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on technical decisions.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the evolution of product practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven success delivering impactful products.
• Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical constraints.
• Experience creating scalable processes in complex environments.
• Empathy for users navigating sensitive health concerns.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
