• Own the product vision and roadmap for the EOR SaaS product, using AI to solve key challenges in global workforce management and compliance.
• Develop a long-term roadmap focused on innovation, user experience, scalability, and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, customer success, operations, legal, HR and sales.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development through continuous research and user testing.
• Identify opportunities for automation and integration with third-party tools.
• Use data and analytics to measure performance and define success metrics.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies for new features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience shipping products with AI-powered features.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using product data and metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Deep empathy for users and a track record of championing customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience integrating products with third-party tools.
