Principal Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Product Manager at Quanata, you will support Product Delivery teams in creating innovative insurance solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring data science research to life.

• Manage complex cross-portfolio initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure products meet client needs and contribute to new product sales.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession and experimentation within the Product team.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product owners on requirements.
• Estimate project sizes and impacts to prioritize effectively.
• Drive technical discussions using knowledge of data science and engineering.
• Oversee product scope, goals, and backlog throughout the Agile lifecycle.
• Create balanced roadmaps for short- and long-term feature needs.
• Make data-driven decisions and enable data collection for analysis.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10-12 years in product management for B2C or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data science.
• Knowledge of insurance fundamentals is a plus.
• Experience in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a distributed work environment.
