In Short

• Lead staffing operations across all departments.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, and billability across teams.
• Own Kantata as the agency lead.
• Maintain and update Kantata projects regularly.
• Enter new hires and role changes into Kantata.
• Partner with finance to align staffing plans with budgets.
• Facilitate weekly resource planning meetings.
• Drive clear communication of staffing updates.
• Forecast headcount and staffing needs.
• Continuously refine staffing workflows and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in resource or staffing management.
• Expert-level experience with Kantata.
• Proven ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• A passion for operations and problem-solving.
• An understanding of how resourcing impacts employee experience.
