The Resource Management Support Specialist will provide essential support to the NATO Communications and Information Agency, ensuring effective communication and coordination of personnel deployed to operations and exercises.

In Short

• Support personnel deployment activities and maintain situational awareness.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and personnel paperwork.
• Maintain information flow between operational theatres.
• Liaise with administrative staff for deployment coordination.
• Organize meetings and pre-deployment briefings.
• Maintain AOM Wiki Pages and Community of Practice workspace.
• Support the reach back function for deployed staff.
• Prepare deployment paperwork and communications.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Adapt to dynamic operational environments.

Requirements

• Assertive communication skills for effective operations support.
• Experience in modern communications and information systems.
• Knowledge of NATO Communication and Information Systems (CIS).
• Proficiency in MS-SharePoint, MS-Projects, and MS-Office.
• Ability to work as an adaptive team member.
• Good briefing and presentation skills.
• Experience in resource allocation and coordination.
• Experience in representing teams or entities.
• Valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
• Some travel to other NATO sites may be required.
