Overview

The Senior Client Service Manager partners with assigned Client Managers to maintain and grow existing business while ensuring positive account relationships are upheld.

In Short

  • Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and meeting materials.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to meet account objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison for problem resolution between clients and internal departments.
  • Manage complex accounts involving custom products and benefit designs.
  • Run financial reports and perform basic financial analysis.
  • Conduct enrollment meetings during account renewals.
  • Develop specifications for new product implementations.
  • Ensure effective communication for account activities.
  • Support customer satisfaction and loyalty through timely issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of related experience required.
  • State specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required or to be obtained within 45 days of hire.
  • Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and demonstrate resilience.
  • Planning and organizing skills are essential.
