Overview

The Patient Access Coordinator I ensures a positive first impression of AHN's services by managing scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance, and patient communications effectively.

In Short

  • Conduct scheduling and pre-registration functions.

  • Calculate and collect patient financial responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School/GED required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using PCs and software applications.
  • Preferred Associate's Degree.
  • 1 year of call center experience in the healthcare revenue cycle.
