The Manager of IT Dental Solutions is responsible for overseeing agile initiatives, managing Scrum Masters, and leading Agile Transformation at Highmark, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 2 - 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in budget administration and process improvement.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and project execution.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Preferred: Professional Scrum Master II (PSMII) certification.
• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master.
