Overview

The Inside Sales Representative at Highmark Inc. is responsible for generating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to sell designated Highmark Government Market products while meeting established sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience interacting directly with consumers.
  • 4 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare markets.
  • Strong sales background.
  • Exceptional phone communication skills.
  • Proficient with PC software, especially Microsoft products.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate's preferred.
  • Licenses in PA/WV/DE/NY required.
  • No specific language requirements.
