Overview

As an IT Support Technician Level 2/3 at ACT360, you will manage Help Desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and proactively identify and resolve issues.

In Short

  • Run Help Desk operations and solve tickets efficiently.
  • Provide remote and on-site support to clients.
  • Document processes and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Identify recurring issues and improve support processes.
  • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility for remote work.
  • Be based in or near Barrie, ON.
  • Work Monday to Friday in 8-hour shifts.
  • Use various technologies including Windows Server and Office365.
  • Coordinate hardware setups and network work for clients.
  • Support clients in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with non-technical users.
  • Organized and self-motivated individual.
  • Experience with documentation and process improvement.
  • Comfortable managing time and working independently.
  • Reliable transportation for in-person client visits.
