An IT Support Analyst is needed to manage Help Desk operations and provide exceptional client support, handling a variety of technical issues both remotely and on-site.

Requirements

  • Based in or near Barrie, ON, with a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction.
  • Excellent documentation skills, preferably with IT Glue.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor adaptable to client environments.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and actionable solutions.
