As the Manager of the BDR team at HighLevel, you will design and lead strategies to reactivate dormant accounts and generate new business, while building a high-performing team and creating frameworks for predictable growth.

  • Define and own the BDR strategy to align with Customer Care, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Lead a global team of BDRs, setting KPIs and coaching for execution.

  • Deliver measurable contributions to trial creation and pipeline growth.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on performance and insights.
  • Shape strategies for re-capturing and expanding revenue.
  • Drive experimentation to increase conversion rates.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline within the Revenue Org.
  • Influence cross-functional strategies effectively.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS experience in Inside Sales or Demand Generation.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record in building scalable revenue-generating motions.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Data-driven with experience in performance reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
