Project Manager for EAP/BGM - Remote

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager for our EAP & BGM content who will elevate our EAP to the next level with solid knowledge, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility!

In Short

• Develop our product portfolio in mental health, family & child, caregiving, and pets.
• Expand existing offerings like webinars, 1:1 consultations, articles, or videos, and create new formats for our app.
• Oversee external consultants (psychologists & coaches) and support them in daily tasks.
• Manage relationships with external service and cooperation partners.
• Bring new ideas and keep an eye on current trends.
• Ensure quality control to provide the best services to our users.
• Guide our student workers in the content production area.
• Assist in organizing webinars and occasionally moderate them.
• Act as a liaison between the product team for product optimizations and the customer team for processing user feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in building an EAP or BGM or in the HR Tech sector is preferred.
• Passionate about topics related to family, caregiving, pets, and mental health.
• Strong communication skills, love for writing, and experience in video content production or other formats.
• Stay updated on current trends.
• Quick, well-structured, agile, uncomplicated, solution-oriented, and flexible.
• Interest or experience in a rapidly growing startup environment.
• Communicative and able to handle various stakeholders confidently and empathetically.
• Fluent in German and English, other languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
