Influencer Development Manager - Remote

In Short

• You will lead our affiliate program for small to medium creators to build a high-performing sales channel.
• Develop a scalable approach for identifying, engaging, convincing, and retaining upcoming talents on relevant platforms.
• Build an onboarding and coaching program that efficiently engages creators with our brand and develops them into sales stars.
• Monitor KPIs from acquisition funnel to performance of individual content pieces, diving deep into analysis to recognize patterns and optimize.
• Generate new ideas and measures, defining test approaches with clear goals, timelines, and KPIs.
• Manage cross-seasonal campaigns while maintaining oversight even with an increasing number of creators.
• Passionate about dogs and the creator bubble, continuously inspired by best practices from other sectors like fitness and fashion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer/creator marketing focusing on nano or micro-influencers.
• Experience in a scaling D2C brand or performance-oriented influencer environment, especially on Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social media patterns and growth strategies.
• Proficient with numbers and capable of continuously improving the program based on KPIs and creator feedback.
• Good people skills and a desire to work closely with creators to drive their success.
• Structured approach to work, maintaining oversight across multiple projects.
• Willingness to draw inspiration from trends and best practices outside the dog segment.
