• Manage and strategically develop internal social media channels.
• Create, plan, and implement creative content (video editing, Canva graphics, storytelling).
• Develop and support our influencers with strategic questions and creative projects.
• Design and accompany innovative influencer projects (e.g., events, book releases, clothing lines).
• Analyze and optimize content performance to ensure growth and reach.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or content creation.
• Proficient in Canva and basic video editing skills.
• Creativity and a passion for social media with a sense for current trends.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills with high initiative.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with creators.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
