Freelancer Manager Data Analysis & Control Customer Service - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Freelancer Manager for Data Analysis & Control in Customer Service, who will work remotely within the EU and collaborate with a dedicated team.

In Short

• Analyze customer service metrics and performance data
• Create and maintain dashboards (e.g., in Excel or Looker Studio)
• Develop automated reporting and control tools
• Provide actionable recommendations for project leaders
• Collaborate closely with project management, WFM, and operations

Requirements

• Must live and work within the EU
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Strong Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, possibly VBA)
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools is a plus
• Basic scripting experience (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.)
• Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Reliable, proactive, and enjoys collaboration
