EU-Freelancer in Inbound Customer Service - Home Office - Remote

In Short

• Handle and process incoming customer calls independently and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally, friendly, and service-oriented with customers.
• Document and maintain all customer inquiries in the CRM system.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level.
• Looking for nearly 100 additional EU freelancers for inbound customer service.
• Work remotely from the EU (outside Germany) or plan to relocate.
• Must have a secure workspace that is not visible or accessible to others.
• Possess a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).

Requirements

• Must meet the requirements to work as a freelancer.
• Have initial experience in customer service.
• Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level).
• Independent working style and high reliability.
• Have a desk, office chair, and necessary hardware (PC, dual monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset).
