Overview

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Support Engineer to join our technical support team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in IT.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS).
• Familiarity with office productivity tools and basic networking concepts.
• Basic knowledge of programming logic (e.g., conditions, loops, variables).
• Introductory knowledge of databases (e.g., understanding of SQL, relational data, basic queries).
• Nice to have: knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk) or ITIL principles (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
