We're now looking for a Key Account Manager for our clients in Poland to join our Client Success team - someone to lead the sales of our educational activities, care for existing clients, and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships.

In Short

  • Your role is key in building and nurturing relationships with our current and future clients in Poland.
  • Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and growing client relationships, understanding their needs and business goals, presenting our services, negotiating contract terms, and supporting them throughout our collaboration.
  • You’ll also be tracking and analyzing results achieved by clients, identifying evolving needs, and working closely with other teams at Hedepy to provide a holistic service.
  • You’ll be responsible for selling additional services such as webinars and workshops and actively acquiring new clients interested in these solutions.

Requirements

  • Leading client meetings
  • Monitoring NPS and churn metrics
  • Maintaining relationships with Hedepy clients
  • Actively building client trust through tailored solutions, consulting, and support
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver the right solutions
  • Presenting Hedepy’s offerings
  • Preparing new proposals for current clients
  • Upselling additional services such as webinars and workshops
  • Preparing reports on current sales and sales forecasts
