Requirements
Associate degree in health or social services preferred.
5+ years of experience in a clinical or non-profit environment.
Knowledge of health equity and social drivers of health.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Proficient in computer skills and technology platforms.
