Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy across various social media platforms to enhance the online presence of Flex Living.

In Short

• Develop and execute content strategies on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage and animate social accounts by creating engaging and interactive content.
• Plan and schedule posts according to the editorial calendar.
• Design and produce attractive videos, reels, stories, and posts showcasing our accommodations and services.
• Edit videos tailored to trending formats on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Write impactful captions and optimized descriptions for engagement and SEO.
• Interact with the audience through comments and private messages.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to enhance visibility.
• Analyze trends and propose innovative campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Track and analyze performance metrics of posts and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation (minimum 1-2 years).
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
• Good knowledge of algorithms and trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Excellent writing skills and communication sense.
• Creative, dynamic, and passionate about social media and the flexible housing sector.
• Experience in real estate, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
