We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our brand team. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing our organic social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with Axonius’ brand identity and business objectives.
Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our target audience across various social platforms.
Collaborate with the brand, content and creative team to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all social media channels.
Work closely with the content team to curate and promote valuable content that supports our marketing initiatives and thought leadership goals.
Partner with the demand generation team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
Define KPIs and monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and drive attainment to goals.
Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Collaborate with the internal comms team to highlight company news, employee achievements, and other initiatives that enhance company culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic social media strategies.
Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
