• We’re looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to support our Platform and API teams.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.

• Empower engineers to build robust, scalable, and reliable systems.

• Full-time, remote position located within the U.S.
• Base salary is $180,000-$200,000 per year.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Ruby, Python, Go.
• Strong problem-solver for technical challenges.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about building high-performance platforms.
• Self-directed with a focus on driving scalable solutions.
