Overview

As Privacy and Regulatory Counsel, you will be integral in securing Headway’s growth with compliance and quality by providing timely, practical legal advice to Headway employees at all levels.

In Short

• Provide general legal business guidance and support to Headway’s business units.
• Perform research and analysis on various legal and regulatory topics.
• Develop and help monitor and implement policies and procedures.
• Advise on privacy and security issues.
• Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer and engineering teams.
• Engage in regulatory and compliance audits.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree and a license to practice law in New York or relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Knowledgeable in privacy, security, and compliance law.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in healthcare or technology sectors preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage with colleagues.
