Product and Regulatory Counsel, US - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Product Regulatory Counsel for North America, you will assist our product team with the launch of new financial and payment products as well as entry into new markets in North America, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Enable company’s vision towards global fintech leader via product expansion to a new market
• Understand and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements on financial services in North America
• Conduct risk assessments specific to North American markets
• Work with compliance teams to design and implement compliance framework
• Maintain records of regulatory activities, audits, and investigations
• Collaborate with product development and customer support teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law and qualified in the U.S.
• Minimum 8 years of PQE and 5 years in product and regulatory roles
• Strong understanding of financial service and payment regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to provide practical regulatory advice
• Detail-oriented with adaptability to evolving regulations
• Previous entrepreneurial experience is a strong bonus
