Overview

Real is seeking a Fintech Product & Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal team. The role will play a crucial role in advising on legal and regulatory risks associated with the company’s financial products, specifically within its Real Wallet program. This position requires you to navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape of the fintech industry, helping to ensure compliance while enabling the company to innovate and move quickly. You will work closely with internal product, business, and marketing teams to address legal challenges and mitigate risks, fostering a collaborative, solutions-driven environment.

In Short

• Provide guidance to product and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential legal and regulatory risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in fintech.

• Familiarity with third-party fintech partnerships.
