• Lead and grow a high-impact engineering team focused on web development.
• Set the vision and strategy for standardized web development at Headway.

Requirements

• 4+ years of people management experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineers.
• Strong technical intuition and understanding of modern web technologies.
• Experience designing and building frontend infrastructure.
• Strong foundation in performance optimization and security practices.
• Experience with frontend testing strategies and CI/CD automation.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
