Field Service Engineer 1 - Remote

Overview

The Field Engineer I is responsible for performing timely and accurate Preventative Maintenance on medical equipment, working closely with experienced engineers to develop troubleshooting and repair skills while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience with web applications and Microsoft products.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Willingness to work after hours or weekends for critical issues.
• Good hand and finger dexterity is required.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to engage with sales leads and promote services.
• Knowledge of medical technology and equipment is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
