Overview

This role serves as the main point of contact supporting service delivery for a team of field service engineers and field leadership, with a focus on outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

In Short

  • Support Field Service Engineers and Field Leadership.
  • Manage Install Base Inventory and Asset Team Maintenance.
  • Handle inbound and outbound support calls.
  • Manage multiple dispatching queues.
  • Ensure operational excellence around service delivery.
  • Root cause escalations for systemic solutions.
  • Manage on-call schedules and exception hours.
  • Provide administrative support for field personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel.
  • Collaborate within a healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience or 5 years with diploma.
  • Three years’ experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Field and/or Service Organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Diagnostic Imaging service requests.
  • Experience with Siebel 8.1 and Cares/Mainframe.
  • Proactive approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to manage quality metrics.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness in all actions.
