Overview

The Neurology Account Manager – Alzheimer’s at GE Healthcare is responsible for driving the commercial success of Vizamyl, a PET amyloid imaging agent used in the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. This role focuses on increasing product adoption through strategic territory management, stakeholder engagement, and educational outreach.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a multi-faceted territory plan for Vizamyl.
  • Position Vizamyl as the product of choice in the PET Amyloid Imaging market.
  • Identify and build relationships with top referring prescribers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Imaging Centers and Referrers.
  • Collaborate with reimbursement market access support teams.
  • Engage in virtual selling and cold calling to new and existing targets.
  • Manage pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract compliance.
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars.
  • Forecast orders and sales for the assigned territory.
  • Monitor territory plan performance and collaborate on next steps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
  • Proven experience selling into hospitals and working within clinical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare sales.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to reside within the territory and travel up to 20% overnight.
  • Prior experience in neurology, radiology, or nuclear medicine sales is a plus.
