Clinical Applications Specialist, NICU - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Applications Specialist NICU will provide clinical and operational expertise, delivering education and training support for the Maternal Infant Care product portfolio to clinical end-users within the MIC NICU national team.

• Deliver clinical education and training for Maternal Infant Care products.
• Facilitate evidence-based practice and support customer experience.
• Conduct pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions.
• Administer clinical training to end-user personnel in collaboration with customers.
• Drive revenue through effective clinical education delivery.
• Provide ongoing post-installation training and support.
• Maintain customer relationships and communicate product concerns.
• Manage travel budget and submit expense reports.
• Extensive travel required, up to 85% within US and Canada.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years of direct patient care in the NICU setting.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of RN experience.
• Active registered nursing license with NICU experience.
• Proficient in software applications (Windows, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to learn specialized software and provide digital training.
• Previous experience conducting education to adult learners.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Established project management skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
