Overview

As a Sales Coach and Trainer, you will empower AMER sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to excel through impactful training and coaching.

In Short

• Deliver group training sessions and personalized coaching.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales leadership to identify learning opportunities.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences.
• Track progress of new sales employees and provide ongoing coaching.
• Develop training materials to support sales team learning.
• Contribute to additional Sales Enablement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of B2B sales experience for a SaaS company.
• 6+ years of experience in facilitating training or Sales Enablement programs.
• Proficiency in sales methodologies and enablement best practices.
• Experience coaching sales teams.
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
