Overview

The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is accountable for achieving and sustaining adoption and value, via delivering onboarding, consumption & risk mitigation workstreams. You will do this by understanding customer goals and the outcomes prescribed to achieve these goals with the product(s) purchased.

In Short

  • Responsible for driving Customer onboarding and risk mitigation
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to resolve identified risks and escalated issues
  • Measure, report, and analyze account health and playbook progress
  • Accountable for the timely creation and upkeep of account health score and actions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Technical Account Management or Customer Success Management experience
  • Proficiency with software development, operations, security, and cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of HashiCorp tools like Terraform and Vault
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools
  • Able to thrive in a remote-first culture
  • Willingness to travel to customers and events as needed
