• Lead efforts within the Army ecosystem to convert traction into long-term programs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the U.S. Army.
• Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline using market insights.
• Implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Army objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with acquisition offices and program managers.
• Deliver product demonstrations showcasing Harmattan AI’s technologies.
• Cultivate relationships with operators and senior Army officials.
• Represent Harmattan AI at key Army and defense industry events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business development or defense sales within the U.S. market.
• Prior experience working with or selling to the U.S. Army or DoD.
• Familiarity with defense technologies such as UAS, C-UAS, or autonomy.
• Proven ability to navigate complex procurement environments.
• Strong understanding of Army procurement processes and DoD acquisition cycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.
