In Short

• Responsible for developing and maintaining product assortment.
• Negotiate with suppliers for high quality merchandise.
• Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier options.
• Ensure inventory levels meet business demands.
• Establish effective business relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate product sales performance and adjust assortments.
• Partner with Supply Chain for obsolete inventory management.
• Attend trade shows and conduct supplier reviews.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Manage returns, damages, and chargeback processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years’ experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Supply Chain management concepts.
• Effective multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Must be willing to work Eastern Time hours.
