Principal Recovery Specialist - Remote

Overview

Halcyon is the industry’s first dedicated, adaptive security platform that combines multiple proprietary advanced prevention engines along with AI models focused specifically on stopping ransomware. The Principal Recovery Specialist will lead and deliver consulting services related to our platform, focusing on ransomware recovery.

In Short

• Deliver high touch customer service to ransomware victims.
• Manage ransomware recovery projects and provide guidance to other specialists.
• Coordinate with technical staff to execute project methodology.
• Analyze recovery project statuses and set goals.
• Create and provide reporting to stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering for product feedback.
• Implement improvements to recovery project methodology.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or 10+ years in IT-related field.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in information security.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical skills in Windows and Linux administration.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
