Overview

As a Lead Cloud DevOps Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, blending deep hands-on engineering with functional leadership.

In Short

• Set technical direction for infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and automation.
• Architect and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Own and improve CI/CD workflows for fast and reliable deployments.
• Mentor and support DevOps engineers.
• Define and track operational metrics.
• Drive incident readiness and response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
• Deep experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform preferred).
• Proficient with Kubernetes and deployment tooling such as Helm.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Ability to script in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives.
• Solid understanding of systems performance and reliability.
• Comfortable in a polyglot environment.
