Overview

Halcyon is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operations Office. Reporting directly to the COO, this role provides critical administrative and operational support across a wide range of business functions. The Executive Assistant will work closely with multiple departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless daily operations and effective management of executive-level activities.

In Short

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CRO and senior leadership team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Compile and process expense reports.
  • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings.
  • Assist with event planning for sales teams.
  • Support onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in project management and document preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
