Overview

HackerRank is seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Executive who is customer-obsessed and passionate about consulting and advising customers through the buying journey. This role is remote in India and focuses on optimizing customer utilization of HackerRank in their hiring processes.

In Short

  • Maintain knowledge of HackerRank products and market awareness.
  • Formulate strategies to retain and grow business.
  • Create and execute Account Plans for all accounts.
  • Drive new business in target accounts.
  • Ensure customer engagement to meet account goals.
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Create a pipeline within accounts to meet expansion goals.
  • Retain revenue and renew customers on time.
  • Structure fair commercial terms for growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Requirements

  • 8-15 years of Account Management and/or SaaS platform sales experience.
  • Experience with Fortune 100 Companies.
  • Proven success in selling to VP/C Level.
  • Strong ownership of territory and sales process.
  • Traits: Grit, Results Oriented, Collaboration, Curious, Organized, Relationship Builder.
  • Coachable and open to new ideas.
  • Competitive and driven to win.
  • Excellent communication skills.
