Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a support role.
• Interest in AI tools for support and enablement.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with macOS.
• Attention to detail and documentation abilities.
• Empathy for business stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in Groningen 4 days a week.
