Requirements

  • 4-5+ years in sales enablement or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, particularly in SaaS.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Self-starter able to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory.
