Twilio is expanding our team within the High Tech Vertical by adding an experienced Strategic Account Executive. Our team is committed to helping our High Tech clients create frictionless engagement experiences for the customers they serve.

In Short

  • Manage and strategically expand relationships with High Tech customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategy to deliver strong revenue results.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Run consultative sales cycles focusing on understanding customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the customer organization.
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team.
  • Run disciplined forecasts and achieve sales goals.
  • Approximately 25% travel to connect with customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales of complex technical solutions.
  • Strong relationship management and solutions consulting skills.
  • Ability to work with both business and technical leaders.
  • Analytical skills for account development strategy.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and process definition.
  • Familiarity with Twilio tools like Salesforce and G-Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
