Overview

The Customer Success Manager, 1:Many is responsible for managing a digital approach to a large book of business, ensuring a high-quality experience, strong retention, and growth opportunities.

In Short

  • Monitor customer data to drive engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to the team's library of campaigns and processes.
  • Work with customers to gather and document requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success role.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical fluency in capacity and security fundamentals.
  • Comfortable in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret customer data.
  • General understanding of cloud technologies and IT operations.
