Habitat Health is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager to ensure high-quality clinical delivery to participants, focusing on nursing workstreams, standards, and safety.

• Manage nursing operations and ensure clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with medical office leadership and nursing leaders.
• Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.
• Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with PACE center teams and leadership.
• Support policy formulation consistent with professional standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits.
• Plan medical equipment and supplies for facilities.
• Maintain communication and documentation standards.
• Travel to PACE centers as required.

Requirements

• Active RN License in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 5 years’ bedside nursing experience with complex needs.
• 1 year supervisory experience in clinical program development.
• Knowledge of patient care delivery models.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to implement change management.
• Proof of medical clearance and immunizations.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid CA driver’s license and personal transportation.
