Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at H1, you will drive engagement and ensure long-term success for clients in the Health Plans and Digital Health space by aligning client goals with H1’s capabilities and managing the customer journey.

  • Familiarity with data products and API integrations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Adept at balancing priorities across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about client success and relationship building.
