Overview

The Global Director, Ethics & Compliance is a key member of H.B. Fuller’s global legal team, overseeing the Ethics & Compliance program and advising senior leadership on related issues.

In Short

• Oversee the Company’s Ethics & Compliance program.
• Manage and coordinate with the global Ethics & Compliance team.
• Maintain and update compliance policies.
• Ensure compliance training and audit programs are effective.
• Conduct investigations of alleged non-compliance.
• Provide updates and guidance to senior leaders.
• Strategically develop the Ethics & Compliance program.
• Manage a small team of direct reports.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
• Collaborate with various business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of ethics & compliance experience.
• Experience with internal and government investigations.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
• Strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex issues.
• Preferred: Juris Doctor or compliance-related certification.
• Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Competency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience managing a team is preferred.
