Overview

The Tax Analyst supports corporate tax activities in a global U.S. multinational company, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing the organization's tax position.

• Conduct thorough research and prepare tax returns.
• Assist with U.S. federal and state income tax returns.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions.
• Assist with U.S. tax provision calculations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's or University Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience preparing corporate state income tax returns.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience in a large multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
