The H.B. Fuller Europe HR Director will play a vital role in enabling growth and a culture of high performance across the Global Business Units and functions in the Europe region, ensuring positive employee relations and alignment with global HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of proven HR leadership in diverse, global environments.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• High proficiency in Microsoft tools and AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of HR components.
• Experience in lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
